QUOTE (pilotgallagher01 @ May 28 2010, 10:49 PM) Take off from Tauranga, head out to Mayor Island, Motiti, White Island and then head to Whakatane, fuel up there and then head south to galatea and from then on go towards Mt Tawera and then land at rotorua.. Yes thats an excellent flight with the RealNZ and Timmos scenery (yuo could also add Kiwi 360 scenery and the Rotorua buildings)- just a pity I cant find the Galatea scenery and Whakatane just doesnt want to reinstall

Cool flying shots! But can not help but see how badly we need VLC to change our Northland from Sahara desert views to more NZ type terrain.

I had FSX started up then Plan G. And my connection was good at the time (It isn't right now. Bloody capped plans /sad.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :( border= 0 alt= sad.gif /> ) EDIT: Reinstalled and worked fine. Only problem is my computer's specs. It just doesn't like running anything else when FSX is open.

I dont think that there is any Wilco approach coding for the RNAV approaches at NZQN. There is for PMDG. You will be pretty much limited to the options as described above.

One thing with this package is that you can also modify the aircraft with a INS , 'Bonnie Belle Windsor' did a more correct scale paint in respect to the Koru but the cheat line colours were a little dark , the one Adrian is using also has the textured engines , just a pity the stairs were given the ANZ treatment . The scary part is , and just shows you how fast time is , this model was released only a few months after the release off FSX .

Heh, I use this Desktop more often than the Laptop, but for some reason it doesn't want to install FSX! Maybe it will do it now that we've got 2GB RAM... Must try re-installing (If I can find Disk 2. If not, I may have to Copy and Paste the entire C:Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X directory over!)

Its defianately a nice model, and yes, ............. far superior to the default 208. Loads of freeware paintjobs out there for it too. Lawrie. /New_Zealand_etc.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= >nzflag< border= 0 alt= New_Zealand_etc.gif />

Hey thanks for the reply Ian. Really puts the 36 into perspective when a huge aeroplane like the valkyrie is dwarfed by it! /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif />

One more leg to add... After a short stay in Honduras, I was back on my way north. This time going from MTGH-KIAH (Houston intercontinental) In my view, stairs are much more fun to use for boarding Got my route planned in the FMC... After pushback, engines were started and flaps were down One final check and we have ground clearance to taxi Full throttle. Brakes held on to give full thrust when disengaged Right turn in the fog to avoid terrain Nice calm climb to a cruising altitude of FL360 A comfortable cruise for the passengers. They can even enjoy some lunch. Nearing the T/D - VNAV,...
