My first thought would be cookies too. I guess you could try logging out from NZFF and then deleting the cookie, then logging back in and making sure to select the 'Remember Me' option. At the same time, I would also clear your cache (although it shouldn't be that) and maybe check your settings in Firefox. Check that Firefox is allowing cookies to be set and letting all that happen properly. I would also try another browser, like Internet Explorer or downloading Safari or Opera. Then you can see if you get the problem using those browsers as well, which should tell you where the...

For my birthday present, I can either have a go in the Sim or have a flying lesson (already done the trail flight, so will probably be a full hour or close to it I hope) I can't decide.

I had a bit of an issue with not being logged in on the index page, but then when you clicked into a forum or thread or any other page then I'd be magically logged in again. Not really an issue, but you asked so I may as well say. Not sure if its still happening and I can't remember what happened when I went on this afternoon either.
