There are still too many threads which get out of hand because someone objects to a post, and posts in reply. If you read something which you find offensive, it probably breaks our rules, so report it to a moderator! Don't reply at all, as this is the quickest way to get a thread spiralling out of control. There have been a number of out-of-control slanging matches lately, any one of which could have been prevented by just one person messaging a moderator and saying, hey, this is a bit offensive, please delete it. Lately this forum seems to have been the focus of an on-going feud...
For anyone contemplating signing up to NZFF...

Thanks guys...being a busy 6 months...got married (again), being overseas, moved house...and big 60 years party the day after I moved into our new house....hopefully have a lot more time for flightsimming in the next 6 months!

I had the RLE message too, but then my sim is running so badly I ascribed it to the WIN11 makeover. All good now on the Forum though.

Well you have to remember that Trolly was all of 17 years old at the time! If you were 50-ish you qualified :lol: But let's reminisce: I came back into flightsim with the release of FS2004: ACOF This was all a long way from the comic book environment of FS5, say. And here's this guy doing NZ scenery for it! Nobody had attempted this, as I recall. All sorts of community projects followed, building on that base, and this Forum was the place to find All That. NZ became the best flightsimming spot on the entire (virtual) planet! Even today, NZ features strongly in (stock and addon) MSFS, and I am...
