I would have to return and reinstall - been a while since i checked it out , you normally keep them in the CAB.file and put directly in the gauges folder , don't select the files in the aircraft's gauge and paste into the gauges folder .

No worries. The guys at VATNZ must be the most up to date guys in the country when it comes to procedural flying, I figure that's the most likely place to have a good answer, and they haven't got one for the Wilco. /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif />

QUOTE (happytraveller @ Nov 16 2009, 07:30 AM) Perhaps they should give the job of finishing off the development to the guy (forget his name) who developed the L-39 Albatross. That would make the Islander something VERY special. Smooth landings..... Mike from Lotus...an Islander wouldnt be his cup if tea (although I wouldnt mind seeing a decent Islander as well)...his next project would appear to be a Mig-29............

I have to admit it looks a bit 'clean' on the interior! I think I will stick with my A2A WOP version for now, and await an accusim upgrade. The patch fixed all the real problems with the original FS9 port anyway.

HI Ian /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif /> Must be quite a strain on those rubbers I once saw an HP Herald stop in about two lenghts........mind you it was a strong wind straight down the runway and the brakes were stuck on /ohmy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :o border= 0 alt= ohmy.gif /> . Six rapid bangs loads of acrid smoke and a sorrowful looking aeroplane 'parked' on the touchdown marks /blink.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= blink.gif /> Garry

It sure is getting bad press on the forums. I think they will rue the day they released this in it's current format.

And not from me because it won't install for me - I get a message about a directory in FS\Aircraft but the log window isn't scrollable so I can't move it across to see which directory or what the problem is. I'll see what can be done, but right now I'm wrestling with the tutorial flight. I wouldn't recommend this in its current form for simmers who aren't used to rolling their sleeves up and slapping the sim into submission when it doesn't want to play nicely ! Gary

its not a bad package,..my only gripe is that the cargo hold floor is on a major angle instead of being flat,..pretty weird and im surprised something so visible got by the author and the testers lol.

QUOTE (ScottyB @ Oct 28 2009, 08:54 PM) Hi guys, I have download WoAI and have currently installed ANZ full package, Emirates package, and the Qantas Jetconnect package. Is there a list of other carriers (that WoAI have) that operate in New Zealand? My airports/airspace still feels quite empty. Have you installed the WOAI GA aircraft? I have both my aircraft traffic sliders set to 100 and get loads of activity. It depends on the time of day - sometimes I have 6 or 7 aircraft lining up for take off.

Thanks will try those suggestions. Did check the fuel system and flew a trial flight with full tanks to rule it out - issue still appeared. I dont have any other PMDG products installed but have the Wilco 737PIC and the PSS 777 Pro.

Thanks, Ian! I knew someone would know about them. 593 was damaged and rebuilt with parts from one of the others, from all I could find out on the De Havilland web site. I'll PM you my email addy. Cheers, Joe

I've heard that the only issue in FSX is that from external views the prop texture is off, but that can be fixed easily.
