QUOTE (Trev @ May 22 2010, 04:01 PM) I've just bought the aircraft and love it. My first ever flight in a aeroplane was in a Mt Cook Islander from Alexandra to Dunedin (I was on my way to my recruit course in Woodbourne back in 1987) I'd really like to give a Mt Cook repaint a try for the Islander, but cant find any photos. Does Anyone have any photos in their library of a Mt Cook Islander ? Thanks Trev Hi Trev there is a pic of it at this link Probably Not a very good pic to do a repaint from Doug

QUOTE (happytraveller @ May 18 2010, 07:17 PM) Thanks for the work done! The Islander is going to be popular. It already is, by the looks of it! I love it /wub.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= wub.gif /> If you check the Islander manual (the full one - not the GPS one), you'll see a link for the GPS manual. I grabbed it and am about to work my way through it /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif />

QUOTE (Snowman @ Apr 25 2010, 04:54 AM) There was one in real life, i have some pics in a book somewhere. AlphaSim also did a Sabre , but as Paul mentioned the 'Section 8 Sabre' freeware require tweaking - personal shoots the payware AS apart , wont be hard to get adjusts and fix's , the Mig-15 , seen that on mates PC , its in the same class as Alpha probaly a little better , didnt really interest me .

QUOTE (Ian Warren @ May 6 2010, 01:41 AM) SCRUBS All i can say , that,s one hella way to depart a perfectly good aeroplane or were the bugs bitting /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif /> As for a Blue Angle replacement , i,d place a bet the current 18s will be the longest serving type in the blue and gold ever .
