as Mike said,...ye cannae do it other than getting the source files in which in 99.9 % of the time you will dissapointed in the reply . Giving out source codes for anything other than old and redundant models can create more problems than its worth for the original author of the models.

QUOTE At the moment the Flying Club X boxed set is on a special at US$22.97 plus US$7.00 freight so for US$30.00 you get the PA28-161 Warrior, PA38-112 Tomahawk, C152, the twin-engined PA34-200T Seneca II and the Schweizer S300CBi helicopter. Speaking as an owner of Flying Club 2 , I would recommend that version over 1. The quality of the aircraft seem higher. Same price deal. Comes with: Beech Duchess, Piper Archer III, Robinson R-44 Clipper.

Forgive me if you've heard all this before, but here is what I do. Since I have the hard drive space, I don't see the need to 'delete' completely. To remove a bunch of repaints I'll never use, I simply change the numbers of the repaints in question to . They don't show up then in my menu, nor slow the sim down on loading. This way saves me from finding, and re-downloading a repaint should I wish to use it again sometime. I installed it for a reason once, it's likely I might want it back again at some point /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid=...

Seeing this seems to be the topic for the Spitfire, I thought Id share some of the things that Ive discovered that make it a dream to fly. 1, Be very progressive with adding power. Aids in keeping the engine running and you travelling in the right direction. 2, Dont spend too much time sitting on the ground, its hard to get the oil temp down after it gets hot. 3, Reduce RPM as soon as the gear is up after takeoff. This will stop overheating. 4, Use the 'ctrl g' to pump the gear up and down, dont use the handle in the cockpit, takes way too long. 5, You can be quite aggressive with...

QUOTE (Wildbillkelso @ Feb 6 2011, 05:40 AM) Some very nice shotes there. The only issue remaining seems to be the prop spinners: The should come up highly polished (using heavy alpha settings) and so they do with FSX/SP1 as in my shot. Your spinners appear quite black, but this may be caused by the way SP2 handles the alpha channel... It's entirely possible that my copying over the MAAM fixes obliterated your new prop. I'll check. I did notice, when I was investigating yesterday, that there are differences in the two textures.

QUOTE (Olderndirt @ Feb 1 2011, 03:18 PM) All I did was put it in my edit program, blow it up, clone most of the "M" out then use the white from a nearby cloud to make a "B". The flower on the tail wasn't quite bright enough, otherwise I'd've used that. Be sure to do both sides /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> . QUOTE (SeanTK @ Jan 28 2011, 09:20 PM) Make sure your sim= AND model= lines match up to the others properly under that repaint's entry in the aircraft.cfg file. The thumbnail still may show up even if they are not matched properly (has happened to me before). Sean - thanks for that. Amazing what a few key strokes can do /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> .

Yes I had that 421 in FS8 & 9 it was very nice - but probably a bit old now...Flight 1 was suppose to be making a 421B for FSX but that was years ago...the closest you are going to get is the Carenado Cessna 340 (which I see you have)..The Flight 1 441 works in FSX but thats a bigger turboprop machine....here's a thread on the proposed Flight 1 421B..

QUOTE (AndrewJamez @ Jan 25 2011, 03:01 PM) Because the bush version came out later it was released with the improved flight model sp no need to patch that one The FDE linked above is a new FDE and has a separate FDE for each 185 version (ie float, ski etc)

Hi, ZKAHO! Glad you enjoy my work. /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> QUOTE (ZKAHO @ Jan 25 2011, 07:51 PM) I was most impressed reading the posts regarding both ZK AHO and ZK CDK. The paint jobs are great especially the Beech AT11. However the model used for CDK is of an earlier 680 with rounded nacelles, the 680F had flatter nacelles (the undercarriage rotated to lie flat on retraction) similar to a Shrike Commander but without the pointed nose. Well, repainting is always some sort of compromise (just like scale modeling): If the model...
