Yeah spotted that Ian. Thought I'd mention it in case any of our "Greener" members, with a thing about saving the planet, wanted their own environmental statement.... /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif />

I think Snowman will be making this change for the existing Napier FSX scenery...and, hopefully, to our FS9 version, too....but he's pretty busy. Just thought I'd add this, Dash8captain. Goff

There is a file that replaces CHCH airport structures for FSX , the models are widely out of proportion , search 'Troy Chapman' at flightsim.com , post a screen showing your flattened CHCH area .

What's out there is pretty amazing, given they are two generations of flightsim ago! See Snowman's site for stock and RealNZ versions. I fiddled with the photoreal background a little for the RNZ version, you can PM me for the textures if you want. And a little decent AI does a lot to camouflage any scenery shortcomings! .

Hey all, sorry to steal your post. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could source the NZCH scenery with the hangars including the garden city helicopters hangar shown in this shot , i have both the above mentioned sceneries but just the terminal and CAC buildings are shown/included. Thanks a heap /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif />

Very strange , i picked up on serious F/rate issues when ORBX introduced - Gold Red Green Blue and with the city,s and airports , four years later the very same issue appears to have a fix by Ant and ORBX has decided not to tackle large airports , now who were those kids many years ago full off beans on obviously dads PC , maybe they are still in the corner eating beans .

It has slightly better framerates than my other Orbx scsnery - about 2 -3 FPS. I guess this would vary depending on your set up...Nice shot too!

After our little shake this morning , a few rattles on the book shelf and it did last for a while , sure we are in for a final whammy , the quakes are on a gradual increase , the same happened pre Feb . PS: Christchurch is not quiet that flat as yet ... /rolleyes.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= rolleyes.gif />
