Not too sure what is going on here, There are not many issues which can affect object elevation only, but one is the 'airport' elevation -- in this case, I'd check for a duplicate airport facilities file for the dock.

I have been working on Robs Real Marlborough and found the following fixes work OK Open ORBX\FTX_NZ\FTX_NZSI_05_SCENERY\scenery in Windows Explorer. Find all the Omaka - Woodbourne and Picton specific files by typing NZOM - NZWB and NZPN for each one into the search box. Omaka turn the following from .bgl to .off ADE_FTX_NZSI_NZOM_objects.off ADE_FTX_NZSI_NZOM_CVX.off Woodbourne turn the following from .bgl to .off ADE_FTX_NZSI_NZWB_CVX.off ADE_FTX_NZSI_NZWB_objects.off Picton turn the following from .bgl to .off ADE_FTX_NZSI_NZPN_CVX.off ADE_FTX_NZSI_NZPN.off...

My Nelson disc arrived yesterday so I've just taken a Red Checkers CT4 up for a spin. What can I say? An absolutely stunning experience. Superb photoreal and there's just so much modelled detail packed in. I'll be noticing new things for a very long time to come. This scenery raises the bar for NZ to a whole new level. In fact, having visited Nelson for the first time earlier this year, it's getting increasingly difficult for me to remember whether I saw the real place or its virtual equivalent first!
