QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Jul 30 2008, 12:53 PM) Andy , great movie , how workable is the VC , compared to the Nemeth CH53 . Hi Ian, i have no time to test the blackhawk at the moment, but what i see in FS2004 it´s workable. When i change trottle with my saitek x52, the throttle in the vc doesn´t work :-( (not visible). The FSX VC is much sharper as the FS9. Thats my first impression.

QUOTE (Naki @ Jul 26 2008, 09:01 AM) Great - your landing looks fine! Nice model - POSKY? Yep, though I wish it had a VC, and I had to use the default Learjet45 2D cockpit, but I am in the process of searching for a better one for it.

QUOTE (Trolly @ Jul 11 2008, 04:22 AM) The thread title caught my attention- I've been playing a lot of LAN BF1942 with the Desert Combat mod with my mates latley, which includes the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk. Tonight we decided to watch Black Hawk Down, and after we finished, I was so amped up that I went straight into FS and roared around Mogadishu low level in a UH-60... good fun at 2 in the morning /biggrin.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :D border= 0 alt= biggrin.gif /> /biggrin.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :D border= 0 alt= biggrin.gif /> Some of us...

That was done in fs2004 and the camera angles where done with software called Walk and Follow ,plus i have a TrackIR4 that helps etc.. Sound was recorded at the same time as the clips but sound doesnt slow down when it recorded so it a matter of putting it back in the same places as the AC ,in that movie i flew all those AC and didnt use the record time ac files like in later movies just record fly record fly and playback together thats how i achieved the sound on all AC .. music is from Nightwish Cowpatz and software i use is sony vegas fraps sorenson squeeze .. I found sony vegas a much...

They are good - if they didn't have all those green spirals to tell you where to look for the thermals, I wouldn't have made it.

QUOTE Then use zoom and then shift + o and mouse to give that whole cameraman effect. Is that right? hope i make sense. Another fun way to do it, if you have the FS Recorder module installed, is to create a custom tower view anywhere you like using the ALT menu, then do a low fast flyby fast the tower location, and watch it back from that view using instant reply (make sure manual panning is not selected).
