Overcontrolled Airspace?

Came across this snippet from Hamilton:

I knew there were potential issues at Taupo, but not here.

Having flown both IFR and VFR in there and seeing what could happen in the event something could go wrong especially with the amount of ab initio training being carried out, it doesn’t surprise me.

Taupo is a breeze compared to Hamilton

Probably means providing a lot of traffic information which may not be necessary in the circumstances.

Taupo isn't controlled at all, and I think the issues there stem more from itinerant pilots not reading the AIP and getting in the way of the parachuting operations.
