Wind in the wires.

Postby Splitpin » Fri Jan 05, 2018 1:34 pm

I've just finished loading up "Rise of flight" ... the last edition, and most of the addons.
Steam is just about giving the stuff away at the moment ... base pack, like Warthunder, is free . Took me a while to configure the thing, having to back and forth validating serial numbers etc.
From a screenshot perspective, it seems to have a lot to offer.

Have it also in the inventory but a time long not using it. Think it is time to alter this. One good Addon is the "Ilja Muromets", the first strategic bomber of the world, made in the zarist russia by Igor Sikorsky, who later emigrated to the United States and was a big pioneer in the development of helicopters...

Isn't that the huge thing in a photo at the Omaka museum?

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

I think so Mike ... or maybe that big model about halfway through, or was that a Gotha?

What I'm thinking of was a big sepia photo, framed. Looked like every bod in the squadron was lined up along the wing span, and they could have used half as many again and still had room :o
