Recovery Image E ?

What happens when my recovery image "E" drive is full ? At the moment I have 2.03gb free out of 16.2

Other storage as follows:

5.93TB free over 4 external drives and another 307GB on another one.
C Drive has 62.3GB free out of 198GB, and Data D has 189GB free from 248GB.

Will I need to direct stuff to another drive if "E" gets full ? its all greek to me.
Always cleaning stuff out the C drive to avoid the red bar.

I'm on Windows 10.

Hey, Marty, I did see this post yesterday before I headed to Chch, I tried to ring you when I got there, to see if we could catch up, but couldn't get hold of you.
Anyway, do you have an HP computer? This sounds like the HP utility, which is covered here:
