Terrain spikes

Information and support relating to this forthcoming New Zealand Vector Land Class addon.

Left Mt Cook this morn and threaded the valleys via Lindis Pass to get through to Wanaka. Along the way I found this. Don't remember seeing a fix for it. Does anyone know if there was one? This is VLC, which I bought (by download) in May 2012.
The co-ords in the second pic are S44° 31.28', E169° 43.75'

Mike , I headed to the exact location , I'm using ORBX mesh and no spikes in this location , I don't have the photoreal running in this area .. fact is that won't build or create that issue .

Hmm Ok- It's likely the edge of a tile or subtile used in the interpolation of the DTM but I'll have to confirm when I get home smile.gif

Timmo, the nice straight line of the spikes made me think "tile boundary" too.
I have both the VLC and the FS Global 2010 meshes in use, but I have the FS Global 2010 Oceania disabled while I am fiddling with Waiheke.

Cheers, Timmo - that's a relief, it's usually something I have broken...Many thanks
