List is up and running again thanks to Alex - still needs some work as it is a bit out of date - I'll attempt to up date it over the next few days

Had a look thru the thread and couldn't see any mention of the following 777 commercial model with an ANZ repaint which you may want to add to the list.
  • FeelThere 777-200ER : FS9+FSX (website)
Seems like ANZ is running the 200ER series so the 300ER JustFlight repaint supplied with the model is fictional technically. winkyy.gif

Cheers I add it to the list along with another I have been meaning to - Air NZ has 300ERs on order so they wont be fictional for long.

Does anyone know where I can find the paint for Captainsim's Herc in current RNZAF scheme. I've looked in AVSIM and Flightsim with no luck. Saw one of these sitting on the tarmac at Ohakea the other day. cool.gif

Had trouble finding it myself but here are the details of each repaint file on Avsim (2006 scheme is the one you want):

Category: Flight Simulator 2004 - Aircraft Repaints, Textures and Modifications
Royal New Zealand Air Force Lochkeed C-130E Hercules 40 Squadron, 1960's scheme.

File Description:
This repaint is of a Royal New Zealand Air Force C-130. It depicts the first paint scheme worn by the C-130 when the aircraft first served with 40 Squadron in the 1960's. This repaint requires either Captain Sims "Legenday C-130" or Just Flights "C-130 Hercules" payware products. It is also 100% ACE compliant. Many thanks to Ian Warren for his help with this repaint.

Thanks for that, much appreciated. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I have the FSX version of the CS Herc. Sorry I didn't point that out. Checked the CS website as well but can't find any repaints. I'll just have to fly around in the aussie version in the meantime. tongue.gif

Haven't really notice any obvious bump mapping but CS planes does look very good. The latest version is FSX SP2 compliant. Some guy keeps telling me "Don't Sink" over & over again during this approach (my fault) laugh.gif

Thanks for the tip ian. Do you mean that I can add paint for FS9 into the FSX version. Do I use the ACE utility that comes with the package for that?

It wont happen with the ACE , copy a 130 texture rename in the cfg. RNZAF , you need to modify and replace with choice of David Sweetmans 2004 paints . I contact Dax for a possible NZ FSX package , swapping file s and moving can get messy and muck your system up .

For the Alphasim Hudson, our friend Jankees has done a couple of RNZAF schemes (for FSX but will work for the FS9 Model also)

Saw the Seneca paint on AVSIM - wasn't the model released as freeware?

No - it was the FSX Justflight 152. The Seneca is still payware as far as I know.
