My goodness... 165k views! And I hope this thread gave some new (to NZ) flightsimmers some insights about flying the place in FS9 (and beyond, perhaps). However I see that Botophucket is again up to their shenanigans, this time not actually deleting uploaded pics, just rendering them in fuzzy fashion. Gotta love 'em. This really defeats the purpose of the thread, so MODS! please delete. Thanks, see you in FS2020.

Well that's good news. I suspect it'll be next year at the earliest. Now that I'm developing for XP in NZ, it's becoming painfully obvious how bad the current mesh is.

Yup and for FS2004 users, there is Scenery Align which I regard as a necessity. Remember FS9 requires you to add the scenery, then close the sim and then restart it. This could take half the day on a sim as bloated as mine. I suspect it will help for WIN7 too.

Yes there seems to be a bump in the runway at NZQN (with the payware NZQN) and weird cliff objects in Milford Sound

Purchased and downloaded today and made a first discovery tour, only now the main airport NZMC, see my shots in the screenshots-forum. Further exploration of the area and the NZGT airfield will follow later. Love it, really nice screenshots.

Very impressive...except for the apoplectic-looking clouds (screen 7) that MSFS seems to prefer. I think the Latin would be something like " Cumulo Concretus"

As someone who has spent hundreds of hours assembling homebrew Auckland sceneries from various pre-existing models over the years, I probably know more about the city's layout than is healthy. I'm really impressed by what Orbx have done here. I took the drone camera around last night, fully expecting them not to do one building or another, yet all I checked were present and correct. It's the first time we've had the Aotea Centre, IMAX and Civic in a commercial scenery as far as I can remember. The only real omissions are some historical street level buildings which tend not to be in...

I'm a huge fan of NZA's work so I'm going to wait for theirs. There's no way they will release a product that isn't as good as Inibuild's, - nobody at all would buy it.

No idea. I've seen people reach out in the forums and get a contact out of it. Maybe you need to create a new thread to specifically ask what you'd like to do. Or submit a support request to generate a contact that way.
