If i was getting fuel dumped on me car ? I'd want a good alarm ...Oooincks I dont own a car .... Ok then my pushbike !

The alarms are set of by the compression/shock wave of hot air hitting the cold at max trust thus causing vibrations thru the air which can also make people nausea/faint and make the cheap ass alarms go off and cost the Australia's RAAF lotta fuel .

Damm it 2FAST let see emm do that again ...... I do love that sound !

yea, and you look extra cool when everyone else is blocking their ears and you're standing there in complete agony as your ear drums bleed. but still dont care because the thing is so damn awesome

Beautiful pics ...that's one of the better F-111 shots I've seen.
It is a brutal thing alright, I was passing Whenuapai last year when this beast turned up for practice.
Even when it's not angry and just coasting in to land, the sound is a physical force.
