Only hope the conversion process to X-Plane with this one works out well for you...........
I see you have been a very busy boy with a lot of the other NZ sceneries....................

Heh, very! I've felt like a dog with two tails recently - I just don't know which airport to do first. Well, almost. Mt Cook has come up real nice (I'm dying to hear from Peter Lohr, to find out if I can upload it) and your sceneries seem to convert pretty well, so they're next on my list after Queenstown.

Whats in the process for converting them? Do you have a program to do it or....

I use FS2XPlane, by Jonathan Harris (aka Marginal): http://marginal.org.uk/x-planescenery/index.html (there's no other tool). Once converted, I use World Editor (WED: http://scenery.x-plane.com/tools.php) to reproduce the airport's hard surfaces in an X-Plane-friendly way, and OverlayEditor to move and place objects should it be necessary (also from Jonathan Harris).

Use DDS graphics for X-Plane 9 only scenery output, PNG for slower but v8 &v9 graphics compatibility. Note, DDS graphics can be a bit harder to handle if you need to edit an object.

Hi Lawrie,
A search on AVSIM for JRM ez 3 and JRM ez 5 found the first but not the latter. Searching by author is out of the question as it comes up with 200 odd files.
I notice that there is a jrm_bhm3.zip and a jrm_bhm3_186045.zip none of which match your listing of jrm ez 3. Can you steer me here? Others seem to have found it so I am not sure why I can't.
As there are so many similar files about, which may be the wrong ones, would it be possible to list the exact AVSIM file names in your future works so that we can be sure to download the one you intend. It would also help with the searching immensly.
Many thanks
Steve

Disregard I found them using some combinations of the AVSIM extended search.
Thanks
