Wasnt sure how to explain it in the topic title, but when I load up FSX the season is summer in May,..is there a fix or something to correct the southern hemisphere Time/season thingy....

I've had this issue as well. FSX seems to lose the plot. Sorry though - I don't have a solution sad.gif ... but would be interested to know if there is one.

I still get annoyed when people say "in the fall" as if all the world is in the northern hemisphere.

Think its part and parcel of FS since dot one .. the idea and climates and even time off day is well out , go 3.30 - 4.00 and its dark , i not complain tho .. daylight saving has a lot to answer for.

Mike - I was intrigued by this, so grabbed it (thanks!). However - it only has the Europe file in it!

I remember back in the day someone pointing to this file due to the fact the sun was always in the wrong place for me ,i guess its not helpful without the file needed this end of the world but says to me it can be fixed if you make a timezone bgl file ,how im not sure but in the readme it says Many thanks to th following web sites :
- www.worldtimezone.com Was created from scratch with bglcomp program [SDK].
Including Timezone and Daylight Saving Time , there is some pretty good hints for research and maybe a fix
