Yes, we have a 'light' version of the board available! biggrin.gif

Visit http://s11.invisionfree.com/nzff/ar/ to visit the light version. This version has faster loading times compared to the standard version. Perfect if you want a quick read through the board on dial-up, but are pressed for time.

Check it out. wink.gif

Hmm can't say I like that, if your looking for a specific thread its great but otherwise just reading threw is a bit tricky as you can't see any new postings.. Therefore more time is spent browsing into each fourm topic looking for unread posts.

The normal board (is it called "heavy version":p) is prety quick with dial up any way.

Yep monkey, we've had it forever. wink.gif

Yea, although the threads with most recent posts are closest to the top. As long as you're happy James, I'm sure everything will be ok. tongue.gif

Cool- how did you find that Alex?

NZFF.co.nr is also accessible on cellphones via the Vodafone Live WAP browser- just hit in http://www.nzff.co.nr into the URL box and press proceed. Everything is ridiculously proportioned on the small phone screen though, and it takes forever to load!

BTW Zolt, Uni internet sounds like a huge ripoff- ouch!

On the payware versions of the board they have a Lo-fi version, ours has that as well, but is called an 'Archive', you can see the link at the bottom of every forum page. wink.gif

I'm a member on another Invision forum and I noticed they have a Lo-Fi option and I wondered why NZFF didn't, but they pay for it so that answer my question

It kinda is. The Lo-Fi version is just a more basic version. Like, without the fancy fonts, pictures, sigs etc
