The Majestic Software model sounds good? Chris, yeah once again we have an older model in the form of the Majestic, its as good as it gets at present, is showing its age and the FMC is a bit weak, other systems seem good, good fun to fly. Not sure how loaded you are but the "Pilot" edition will probably satisfy you. Like Ian am really interested to see if PMDG do ship one eventually, but assuming thats a wee way off -------------------- ![]() Deans repaints: http://www.deeknow.com/ Asus P8Z68 m/b - i5/2500k @4.3GHz - EVGA-GTX560Ti - 8GB DDR3/1600 - Win7 - FSX |

So do you have a preference for the Dash 8 deeknow. Yeah as I say its really only the Majestic. I have the pilot edition, its great considering its age. Their advanced editions are used for pilot training apparently as have lots of systems failures modelled etc, a lot of $$$ tho -------------------- ![]() Deans repaints: http://www.deeknow.com/ Asus P8Z68 m/b - i5/2500k @4.3GHz - EVGA-GTX560Ti - 8GB DDR3/1600 - Win7 - FSX |

yea the FSQuality/Majestic Dash 8 -300 is still really good for its age and is still probably the most used model in my FS hangar. I've got some new replacement wavs for it that add a bit more life to it as well should you purchase it..

For a freebie you can't go past the PAD model, has an Eagle livery: http://www.premaircraft.com/B1900D_FSX/ I've just installed this one - to get some screenshots for NZFSIM ... it's really not bad at all! Ethan Ward repainted the whole vANZ fleet. Search for vanz_b1900d_fleet.zip on flightsim.com. For FSX. you may want to grab the prop texture from b19manx.zip (from PAD). -------------------- |
